The Proffits have recorded three projects.
At the end of June 2025, The Proffits spent a day at Decay, a local community space that doubles as a cradle for Olympia’s stranger sounds. In a single sun scorched day, they tracked a batch of raw, reverberating cuts that would become ‘The Decay Demos’. These tracks can be found on streaming platforms like Apple Music, Spotify, Amazon Music, and YouTube Music. Filthy raw and distorted vocals, these tracks are a first glimpse into capturing their sound.
In January 2026, The Proffits returned to the studio, this time Pacific Studios in Tacoma, WA. With the help of Peter Tietjen, they recorded their self-title album. There are three singles released for from the album:
The album is expected for full release in August 2026.
In May of 2026, The Proffit’s traveled to Astroria to record with Tyler Tingey of Shawdowland Recording. More on this project soon.
